    Description
    We plan to expand our network of practices and build a business as a supplier as well.

    We pride ourselves on offering a personal service with sufficient consultation time and our clinical knowledge to build lasting relationships with our customers.

    We have a strong commitment to myopia management as this is legacy work and manifestly improves the patient's quality of life.

    We are considering various specialty clinics including specialist contact lenses, dry eye management and Minor Eye Conditions.
    We are a tight-knit team and are looking to build a long-term working relationship with the right candidate.

    The practice is currently operated with one full time and one part-time optical assistant with all the equipment required to conduct an eye examination.

    A new state-of-the-art 3D OCT has been sanctioned and will be delivered along with a new 4 in 1 pre-screening instrument and Topographer within 6 months of the appointment.

    Our aim is to build the practice of the future with their help.
    Work closely with senior management, be privy to the business financial position and future plans, and work as a leader in the practice

    Make a detailed examination of the health of the eyes offer clinical advice regarding eye health and vision correction, and prescribe spectacles or contact lenses.

    Testing times are 25 minutes currently
    Be willing and able to supervise newly qualified optometrists while being a mentor to them and ensuring they are guided through their early years in practice
    Represent our brand as the primary or only optometrist in the practice. Competitive salary with a basic of up to £65,000 plus bonus based on sales and patient satisfaction. Full-time contract. No Sunday opening.
