- Define analytics roadmaps to support company goals and objectives
- Manage and engage with key 3rd party relationships
- Provide analytical insight around customers including profiling, acquisition, marketing, segmentation and behaviours.
- Support various teams to optimise sales and marketing channels by providing analysis, insight and recommendations
- Provide test and learn performance results using A/B & MVTSkills and experience: - Financial Services, Banking or retailer customer insight experience (regulated environment)
- Expert knowledge of SQL and SAS or Python as a programming tool
- Statistical and behavioural analysis including test and learn, optimisation and analytical models ie scorecards, propensity, CHAID, forecasting (CRM, Customer knowledge, e-CRM)
- Strong presentation and stakeholder influencing skills through story telling Candidates must have an existing right to live and work in the UK.
