THE COMPANY
They are a Niche Hedge Fund who are looking to add a new member to there team.
MUST HAVES
This is a great opportunity to join a growing Hedge Fund and be part of something that you help grow. They are looking for someone that has experience of Hands on Operations Managment skills but also prepared to get there hand dirty with operations tasks.
Key tasks
Perform all Daily portfolio reconciliatons
Client reporting
Ensure all pre and post compliance checks are done and liaison with compliance
Act as project management on a number of mini projects
Liaison with IT 3rd party service provider / portal developer
Testing client portal
Liaison with website developer
Business Analyst skills
IT systems testing and evaluation
Review business processes and look at alternatives to optimize
Skills
Ability to communicate at all levels
Excellent presentation skills
Excel to macro level ideally – VBA
Python knowledge a bonus
Bloomberg basic knowledge (will have individual license)
Core reconciliation capabilities
Data manipulation
Report writing
