Job Requirements:
• Drive revenue growth by developing and executing effective sales strategies.
• ERP Sales experience is a must.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
• Pro-actively track competitor movements in the 1-5 years of proven SaaS sales closing
experience, including Enterprise Sales, and consistent over-achievement of quotas.
• Align with internal teams (Inside Sales, Marketing, Product) to deliver the numbers.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their needs, and positioning their solutions as indispensable to their success.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform strategic decision-making.
• Contribute insights for product development based on client feedback.
• Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and seamless customer experiences.
Soft Skills:
• Proven experience as an Account Executive in the SaaS, technology, or IT industry in the UK region.
• Work from our Uxbridge office 2 days per week.
• Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales technologies.
• Outstanding verbal and presentation skills
• Strong operational and analytical abilities. Metric driven, comfortable in working with data to draw and share insights with stakeholders
