- Own the integrated marketing plan and reporting, targets, budget, and calendar of the assigned portfolio across international markets (AMERICAS, EMEA, and APAC).
- Collaborate with business development and cross-functional marketing teams in campaign planning and execution to achieve overall business objectives through customer engagement, demand generation, and pipeline acceleration.
- Manage the end-to-end process of multi-channel integrated marketing campaigns including strategy, execution, progressive campaign review, optimization, and campaign effectiveness reporting. Marketing campaigns include (but not limited to) email, paid media (search and social), Wiley events and webinars, industry trade shows, etc.
- Partner with the content marketing team to develop demand generation content based on business development priorities, customer journey, and value-based messaging guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the timely execution of digital field marketing plans and ensure strong follow-through on sourced leads and engaged accounts.
- Review campaign strategy and improve campaign performance through campaign and product analytics, campaign effectiveness report, and feedback (internal stakeholders and customers/prospects).
- Skilled field marketer with experience executing targeted, integrated marketing campaigns and leading events for demand generation and pipeline acceleration.
- Experience with marketing programs using the ABM one-to-one, one-to-few, and one-to-many accounts approach. Have a firm focus on the needs and challenges of the audience(s).
- Experience in paid media campaigns from strategy to execution and optimization.
- Metrics-driven and analytical with experience in campaign performance analysis and lead management.
- Organized, creative, and detail oriented. Care deeply about organizing beautifully executed marketing programs that deliver results.
- Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Has a lean start-up mindset with the ability to "fail fast learn fast" in pivoting campaigns on the go by staying present to change, feedback, and data.

We are looking for an energetic, proactive, and results focused B2B Field Marketing Manager to join a dynamic marketing team. Reporting to the Senior Field Marketing Manager, you will be part of Partner Solutions, a new and fast-growing business at Wiley.
As the Field Marketing Manager, you will leverage your digital marketing and project management skills to build best-in-class, data-driven demand generation and pipeline acceleration programs. In this role, you will provide forward-thinking ideas to engage customers and create targeted and effective integrated marketing campaigns across the customer journey. You will also organize best-in-class virtual and in-person events that drive new leads, engage customers, and position us as industry leaders.
You will be responsible for forming a close relationship with business development and marketing teams to strategize and lead the execution of field programs, including Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives designed to engage multi-tier accounts.
