    • Je maakt deel uit van het R&D team voor de groep.
    • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een specifiek portfolio (metaal, comfort of design) afhankelijk van je interesses.
    • Je zorgt voor de ontwikkeling van nieuwe producten in jouw assortiment of werkt aan optimalisaties.
    • Daarnaast zorg je voor kennisoverdracht over jouw portfolio. Dit omvat opleiding, support aan collega's en technische documentatie van de producten.
    • Je bent een go-getter en zet alles in het werk om jouw portfolio naar the next level te brengen.
    • De wereld van metaal (voornamelijk plaatstaal en aluminium profielen) kent geen geheimen voor jou.
    • Je hebt oog voor een aantrekkelijk product en denkt in processen om dit ook vlot maakbaar te maken.
    • Je werkt gestructureerd en hebt oog voor detail.
    • Je bent een kanjer in project management en kan realistisch plannen.
    • Je bent gepassioneerd in het documenteren van jouw producten.
    • Je ondersteunt de organisatie met technisch advies en opleiding.
    • In deze functie kom je in contact met alle afdelingen binnen het bedrijf maar ook met klanten en leveranciers.

    Jouw profiel en ervaringen:

    • Je beschikt over een Bachelor diploma in productontwikkeling of bouwkunde of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
    • Je hebt minimum vijf jaar ervaring in product ontwikkeling, product engineering, testing en/of producten voor de bouw, bij voorkeur in een maakomgeving.
    • Kennis over brandwerende oplossingen, inbraakveiligheid en/of akoestiek zal je meteen kunnen toepassen in het portfolio 'metaal'.
    • Indien je vertrouwd bent met normeringen in de bouw is dat mooi meegenomen (EU, BE, NL, FR, UK).
    • Kennis van hout of metaal is een pluspunt
    • Innovatie is jouw passie, je streeft naar positieve verandering.
    • Daarnaast heb je een creatief brein, maar steek je ook graag de handen uit de mouwen om bv. een prototype te bouwen.
    • Je bent tevens analytisch en projectmatig ingesteld, maar ook een team player die zelfstandig en probleemoplossend kan werken.

    De plaats van tewerkstelling is gelegen op de grens tussen Vlaams-Brabant en Limburg, ver van de dagelijkse files.
