    We are seeking a Senior Product Engineer to play a vital role in building and maintaining scalable custom applications that enhance our products for consumers, clients, and employees.

    This is a remote position. Lead the development and maintenance of custom applications / features as a Senior Product Engineer.
    Engage in end-to-end development processes, including requirements gathering, coding, testing, and deployment.

    Review open pull requests, provide feedback, and follow up on active conversations in the pursuit of learning, teaching, and delivering a high quality product.

    Utilize expertise in software engineering and database architecture, particularly in PHP/Laravel Nova, Vue 3, and MySQL.
    Collaborate closely with other teams to ensure product usability, performance, security, and reliability.
    You are a SENIOR level engineer fluent in building and maintaining custom applications.
    Expertise in database architecture, PHP, Laravel ecosystem (Nova, Vapor, Forge, etc.), AWS, distributed and concurrent application architecture.
    Understanding of when to prioritize building things correctly versus building them quickly.
    Interest or experience in AI and model training.
    Commitment to personal growth and continuous self-development.
