    Aramark UK is looking to hire a hands on and experienced Pastry Head Chef to join the team on a full time and permanent basis on site at the Harry Potter Studio, WD25 7LP.You will be part of a very talented and close knit team in a role that will allow you to gain brilliant exposure and develop.

    Pastry Head Chef:

    Innovation and product developmentMenu planning for seasonal changes and Studio Tour Features, Hospitality and EventsManaging the pastry team to meet production targets to a high standard in a timely Hires, develops, motivates, supervises and coaches allCreating and managing Production plansProfit and Loss - Stock control, ordering, rotation, wastage control, GPAdhering to and enforcing all aspects of Food safety and Health& SafetyYou'll be set up for success if you have:Minimum 2 years relevant experience in the same capacityExtensive pastry technical knowledge and current culinary trendsHigh level of creativity coupled with high volumeExtensive experience in managing and developing a team of chefs.

    Excellent time management, highly adaptable, naturally positiveMinimum qualification of Food Safety Level 2All applications will be treated in the strictest confidence.
