    Technical Project Manager
    Birmingham (Remote)
    Duration - Initial 6-month contract

    We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Project Manager to join our client's team on a contract basis.

    The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Fintech ERP transformations and a proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex technical projects within the financial services industry.

    Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of Fintech ERP transformation projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and requirements.

    Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and project team members.
    Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against key milestones and deliverables.

    Coordinate and manage resources, including internal teams, external vendors, and third-party consultants, to ensure project tasks are completed on time and within budget.

    Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and proactively implement corrective actions to address challenges and obstacles.
    Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment on project objectives, priorities, and timelines.
    Provide regular status updates and reports to stakeholders, including project progress, budget status, risk assessments, and key decisions.
    Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
    Drive continuous improvement and optimization initiatives to enhance project management processes, tools, and methodologies.
    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field; PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
    Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical project management, with a focus on Fintech ERP transformations.
    Proven experience leading and delivering large-scale, complex projects within the financial services industry.

    Solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, with the ability to adapt and apply them in dynamic environments.

    Experience working in Agile or hybrid project management environments is a plus.
