- Receive and inspect incoming materials, ensuring accuracy and completeness of deliveries.
- Organize and maintain the warehouse, ensuring efficient and logical storage of materials.
- Issue materials and supplies to the construction team according to project requirements.
- Monitor stock levels and replenish supplies to avoid shortages.
- Perform regular inventory counts and maintain accurate records using our inventory management system.
- Coordinate with purchasing team to ensure timely procurement of materials.
- Inspect and maintain the quality of materials and equipment to meet safety and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with the construction team to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of projects.
- Follow health and safety guidelines and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a construction or warehouse environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to effectively organize and manage inventory.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects as required.
- Valid driver's license.
