We are excited to announce that we have an Exclusive Construction Financial Controller available in 1 month. This candidate is working exclusively with Hunter Mason and is eager to take on a new challenge where they can excel, meet targets, and set measurable goals. They bring a consistent, accurate, high standard of work, are extremely self-motivated, and approach their work with enthusiasm and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

·Financial Management: Oversee all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

·Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for senior management.

·Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

·Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.

·Audit: Coordinate internal and external audits.

·Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a small team of finance professionals.

·Cost Control: Implement and monitor cost control measures to enhance profitability.

·Strategic Planning: Support strategic decision-making with financial insights and projections.

Candidate's Key Skills & Qualifications:

·Sage Line 50 Accounting Package

·Management Accounts

·Sage Payroll

·AAT Foundation Level 2

·AAT Level 3

·AAT Level 4

·Strong Excel Skills

·Ability to Prepare & Set Up Accurate Financial Spreadsheets

Requirements:

Qualifications: ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a similar role, preferably within the real estate or property management sector.

Skills: Strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and proficiency in financial software and tools.

Leadership: Proven ability to lead and develop a finance team.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
