- Drive the strategic and day-to-day priorities of the Oliver Wyman Forum in the UK, collaborating with colleagues across Design, Editorial, Events, and Marketing teams to set the tone and pace for project planning and execution of C-suite roundtable events.
- Oversee and improve the operational elements of Oliver Wyman Forum projects, including maintaining client engagement lists, tracking partnerships with external organizations, and collaborating with Oliver Wyman Partners to invite clients to events.
- Build and maintain connections with Oliver Wyman's client teams, increasing awareness of Oliver Wyman activities and events, with a focus on increasing visibility of the Leadership Reimagined executive roundtable series to priority client organizations.
- Increase the internal visibility of Oliver Wyman Forum activities within the Oliver Wyman consultant community through engagement with employee resource groups, the business impact team, and other internal channels, working with Learning & Development and Recruitment teams to enhance visibility in the onboarding journey.
- You'll have at least 5 years of experience with a top-tier strategy consulting firm as an Associate, and have a track record of delivering successful consulting engagements with senior clients.

- Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving ability, with demonstrable analytical skills will be your strong-suit
- Proven project management and team management/workstream lead experience is essential
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills in both formal and informal settings and excellent relationship-building skills with clients and internal stakeholders of all levels, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively are essential skills to your success in this role
- You'll have an entrepreneurial and agile mindset, with the ability to work independently, deliver high-quality, impactful output and to think strategically
- Demonstrable strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the comfort of working in a fast-paced environment is required - you'll be collaborative and have strong teamwork skills, with a willingness to work fluidly and respectfully with our incredibly talented team
