Description

As a Chef De Partie, you will be responsible for assisting the kitchen team in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes.

You will play a key role in maintaining our standards of excellence in food quality, taste, and presentation.
Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to the menu and recipes provided by the Chef Director.
Assist in maintaining kitchen organisation, cleanliness, and adherence to food safety standards.
Monitor food stock levels and assist in inventory management.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service hours.
Contribute to menu planning and development under the guidance of the Chef Director.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations in the kitchen environment.
Proven experience as a Chef De Partie or similar role in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
We work a compressed four day week with typical working days being Wednesday-Saturday. Pay is calculated at £14 per hour and you will receive a fair share of tips monthly.
