    Aromatherapy Associates has been sharing the therapeutic powers of essential oils for over 35 years.

    The Brand was founded in 1985 by Geraldine Howard & Sue Beechey, therapists that had trained under the renowned aromatherapist Micheline Arcier, who can be traced back to the modern-day founders of aromatherapy.

    It was then that they experienced first-hand the powerfully positive effects of essential oils on our physical and emotional wellbeing.

    The brand is present in over 50 markets globally with Regional Sales offices in the UK, US and Hong Kong.

    Distribution is across Spa, Retail, Online Retailers, E-commerce and Distributor partners.

    As aromatherapy experts, our vision has remained constant for a generation – sharing the power and therapeutic effects of natural essential oils.

    Expertly hand-blended in our London laboratory, our essential oils and unique active botanicals have created innovations in body and skincare.

    We take a mindful approach to the origins, workers wellbeing and certification of all our oils and botanicals, with a commitment to evolving our support for global community projects.

    Our sustainability vision is an ongoing endeavour, along with our desire to create the very best aromatherapy products, so you can enjoy beautiful, glowing, healthy skin, free from harsh chemicals and unnecessary synthetics.

    Act as an ambassador of a world-class brand and deliver our products and services in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedures to ensure customers receive the expected and desirable level of customer service through a sincere approach of professionalism, valuable parting of knowledgeable advice, unsurpassed quality of delivery and genuine attention to customer fulfilment and experience.

    This position will report to the Head of Education, and will be based in the UK with international travel.

    Provide complete and comprehensive training to the highest standards in all Aromatherapy Associates treatments and products to new trainers, members of the retail team, as well as spa, retail and third party accounts.

    Ensure training is structured as per the syllabus, however also applying flexibility and initiative where required without comprising the Company's high standards.

    To support the development of the spa accounts via regular supervision of professional stock treatment menu market share, therapist development/training and motivation.

    To develop the retail accounts via regular training, as well as Beauty Advisors training and motivation.

    To provide complete and comprehensive training to the highest standards in all Aromatherapy Associates treatments and products to all stakeholders.

    Ensure training is delivered as per the syllabus, however also applying flexibility and initiative where required without comprising the Company's high standards.

    Ensure training is relevant, sales focused and inspires and motivates the recipient.

    To support the development of key and corporate spa accounts via regular supervision of professional stock treatment menu market share, therapist development/training and motivation.

    To cover/support onboarding training of new spa business where possible

    To develop the retail/spa accounts via regular training, as well as Beauty Advisors training and motivation.

    To assist Head of Education in the education of e-commerce partners with training events, conferences and in-person brand immersions.

    To assist the Head of Education in fulfilling the companies Education vision.

    To participate B2C and B2B events to support sales and support brand awareness/ image in the UK and internationally

    Able to travel internationally and have overnight stays up to 80% of the time.

    To build collaborative and successful relationships and ensure accounts receive 360 degree sales and training support to achieve target and within Commercial Agreements.

    Deliver classroom and online live training for all channels – Onboarding internal AA staff, ongoing training updates with internal staff (sales team, customer service team) key spa partners as well as retail, third party and distributors

    Conduct Aromatherapy Workshops for all channels - key spa partners as well as retail, web, third party web and distributors

    Work closely with the Spa and Retail Business Development Managers to develop the spa and retail accounts via regular supervision of professional stock, treatment menu market share, therapist development/training and motivation for key partners and distributors.

    Lead by example - motivate & inspire all those you touch, demonstrate superior levels of customer service, communication standards and brand knowledge.


    Grooming /Image:
    Always reflect the brand heritage and lifestyle at all times following brand Grooming guidelines

    Create and adapt basic training kits / guides for Business Development Managers of all channels to use for specific skill building of accounts to meet business needs.

    Experience in team training
    Beauty Therapy Qualified Level 2 & 3
    Must be able to travel internationally 80% of the time
