    Description

    Please note this is a part-time role for 28 hours or 4 days a week. This is a fixed term contract for 12 months which will start in August 2024.

    We want to use this training to support behavioural changes in both working and volunteering. You'll be helping to raise awareness of EDI related topics for our staff and volunteers.

    You'll help us to design and deliver training which meets our EDI training needs. You'll also help to evaluate what we offer. You'll use your expertise to support other training programmes associated with behavioural change.

    We're looking to equip our colleagues and volunteers with the tools to build a more inclusive culture. Your skills will help them to grow in confidence.

    The ideal candidate will:

    have experience working in EDI fields
    have expert knowledge of EDI best practice
    have experience in developing co-created learning solutions
    have excellent communication skills
    be able to deliver training solutions to scale

    Experience in project management would also be an advantage.
