The Role:

Claims Handler

Starting salary £20,000 £25,000
Full time position Monday
Friday
Leyburn, Northallerton or Stokesley

Insurance experience would be an advantage, but first-class customer service skills are the most important quality as full training will be provided.

The Agency is based across three offices in Stokesley, Northallerton and Leyburn and offers support and funding for CII qualifications.

Your duties would include opening and handling claims for the agency as well as dealing with those within your authority.

You will monitor the claims from beginning to end by managing a claims diary and ensuring a smooth process for the customer.

You will build strong relationships with all staff, Loss Adjusters and our Regional Service Centre.
