Description
This role is a part of the Separation Management Office supporting the transition from GE Corporate to GE Aerospace.In this role, you will be responsible for delivering on organizational change management and employee enablement plans to drive adoption and behavior change across the Workforce Experience & Insights portfolio.
Key activities include investigating users' experiences, needs, and preferences.You will employ various research methods, such as surveys, usability tests, and interviews to gather data, generate customer personas, and map user journeys.
The Project Analyst, UX Studies & Measurement will work in partnership with the Change Management and Enablement team to deliver on relevant and timely change management programs/projects.
You will be required to demonstrate and apply knowledge of change management best practices, methodologies, and industry best standards.Conduct surveys, user interviews, usability tests, and other research methods to gather qualitative and quantitative data on user behavior, preferences, and pain points.
Incorporate industry practices, emerging trends, and modern technologies into our UX research practices.Bachelor's degree in human-computer interaction, psychology, or a related field (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 2 years of experience in Human Resources and/ Change Management oversight.)
Demonstrable experience of working in UX research and change management.
Strong grasp of different research methodologies, including questionnaires, user interviews, and usability testing .
Prior experience working with survey tools .
Must be willing to travel up to 10%
Proven experience in implementing enterprise-wide HR change management initiatives that has led to user adoption.
