    Description

    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a talented and driven Senior Paid Social Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 18 months of experience in managing paid social campaigns across various platforms. As a Paid Social Executive, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing paid social strategies that drive results for our clients.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Plan, execute, and optimise paid social campaigns across platforms such as Meta, X, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others.
    • Conduct thorough audience research and segmentation to ensure targeting efficiency and relevance.
    • Create compelling ad copy and creative assets that resonate with target audiences.
    • Monitor campaign performance closely, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
    • Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging visual content that aligns with campaign objectives.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in paid social advertising.
    • Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates on campaign performance and discussing strategic recommendations.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 18 months of experience in managing paid social campaigns, preferably within an agency environment.
    • Proficiency in advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Twitter Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
    • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and design aesthetics.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
    • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry developments.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
    • Experience with other digital marketing channels such as PPC, SEO, or display advertising.
    • Certifications in relevant platforms such as Facebook Blueprint or Google Ads.
    • Experience with third-party social media management and analytics tools.
