    Our client is a leading advisory team specialising in providing comprehensive transaction services to a diverse portfolio of clients.

    Their expertise spans across various industries, with a significant focus on the real estate market and are committed to delivering high-quality advisory services to help our clients achieve their strategic goals.

    We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join as a Director/Partner in the Transaction Services team, with a specialised focus on the real estate market.

    This is a senior leadership role responsible for building and growing the real estate practice along with driving business development, and providing strategic advisory services to clients.

    Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing transaction services team.
    Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to team members
    Develop and implement a strategic business plan to expand the transaction services division.
    Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the real estate market.
    Provide expert advisory services on complex real estate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, disposals, and refinancing.
    Oversee due diligence processes, financial analysis, and valuation of real estate assets.
    Ensure the delivery of high-quality, client-focused solutions.
    Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes affecting the real estate sector.

    Share insights and thought leadership on real estate market trends and best practices with clients and the internal team.


    Strategic Planning:
    Develop and execute growth strategies for the transaction services division.
    Collaborate with other senior leaders to align the division's goals with the overall business objectives.
    Monitor and report on the performance of the transaction services team.


    Financial Management:
    Manage the practice's budget and financial performance.
    Ensure the profitability and sustainability of the transaction services division.
    Oversee pricing strategies and contract negotiations with clients.

    Extensive experience in transaction services, with a significant focus on the real estate market.
    Proven track record of leading and growing a successful transaction services team.
    Extensive experience in advising on complex real estate transactions.
    Strong business development and client relationship management skills.
    Excellent financial acumen and analytical skills.
    Advanced degree in finance, business, or a related field; ACA, CFA) are highly desirable.
