    Description
    Rev & Regs are recruiting for an Compliance Monitoring Associate role on behalf of a well-established Fintech company, based in London

    Responsibilities:


    Undertake regular compliance monitoring in accordance with the annual Compliance Monitoring PlanIdentify any gaps or weaknesses in the Plan and propose remedial actions.

    Assist with scoping, implementing and managing second line testing to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and business process.

    Discuss and Document all findings with appropriate managementFollow-up management's implementation of agreed compliance actions and report all outstanding actions to the Senior Compliance Manager.

    Support the wider compliance team with ad hoc tasks as required.


    Experience Required:
    2-3 Years Compliance Monitoring experience within Financial ServicesStrong understanding of the FCA rules and regulationsStrong documentation skillsAbility to access and prioritise workloads whilst ensuring goals are achieved within allocated time frames;
