Responsible for:
The typical duties of a Service Manager whilst providing supervisory support to the Branch Manager/Head of Service including the administration, financials, people management and business development of the region.
To assist in identifying opportunities within our customer base for the sale of our services.To assist in building relationships with potential customers and bring in new business.
Management Responsibilities:
To assist in keeping engineers sufficiently informed about company procedures and other information so that they can represent the company in a professional manner.
To ensure that engineers are kept fully informed and updated on Health and Safety matters, by liaising with the health and safety officers at Head Office, Sittingbourne.
