    Description

    Its an exciting time to join LPT as we are at the start of a five-year transformation journey to ensure we provide excellent services for patients with mental ill health and support people towards recovery and resilience.

    Responsible for assessing,planning, implementing and evaluating programmes of evidenced-based nursingcare to a group of clients/service users.
    Actively contribute to setting and maintaining high standardsof quality nursing care.

    Demonstrates a strong interest in providing patient centre nursing care and patient education

    Registered Nurse Level 1
    Evidence of continuing professional development within the last 12 months
    Hold/be working towards an NMC approved mentoring qualification or have a planned start date for this
