    Teaching Assistant – General - Corfe Hills School
    Teaching Assistant – General
    Permanent
    27 hours 40 minutes per week, term time only.
    05pm Monday to Wednesday

    Our Facilities

    We are investing significantly in our facilities including a £3.3 million classroom reconfiguration project completed for September 2022 and ongoing replacement of heating and domestic water services.

    The school operates using Microsoft Office 365 and we make extensive use of Microsoft Teams. Teams is our platform for sharing resources, setting homework and collaborating with colleagues. Students and staff also have remote access to the school's network.

    Corfe Hills School is in a fabulous location within easy reach of Bournemouth and its beaches, Poole and its harbour, the Jurassic Coast and the Dorset countryside.

    Corfe Hills School is looking for a Teaching Assistant (TA) to join our busy team to work in a general TA capacity.

    There may be an opportunity for the successful candidate to undertake ELSA training and incorporate 1:1 sessions with students into their day.

    You will need to keep records of students' progress and establish a supportive relationship with individuals/groups and parents concerned (if necessary) as well as liaising with other SEN team members and school staff.

    This is an excellent opportunity to develop current skills and gain experience of working in a busy and varied school environment.
