Contact Centre Advisors
Industry: Infrastructure
Location: Newport, Isleof Wight ( this is not a remote working role)
Hours: 7am - 7pmdayshift
Days: 4 on/4 off, on a rotabasis
Duration: Temp to Perm for the rightcandidate
Duties:
Responding to customer calls within set timescales,complaint handling, providing and processinginformation.
Maintaining in house, complex computerisedsystems (training given)
Adherence tostandards.
Compiling accurate messages and producingreports.
Liaison with internal departments and externalagencies, contractors and the public.
Experience:
Strong customer services experience(including complaint handling) within an office based environmentis required as are a good level of administrative andorganisational skills.
In addition, experience of inboundcall centre is preferred but must have a good telephone manner andcommunication skills as a minimum.
Must have a good levelof computer literacy and attention to detail with the ability tolearn new systems.
Must be flexible with workinghours.
Initial systems training will take place on thedayshift for the nightshift role.
Salary: £10.50 per hourworked day shift (increases from 1st April to £11.44 perhour)
