    Description

    Mitie Telecoms are leading providers of acquisition, design and construction (ADC) services, specialist managed services of temporary mobile infrastructure, and facilities maintenance for telecoms. The teams design, installation and maintenance experience coupled with Mitie's leading technology and scale has created a new force in telecoms and numerous exciting opportunities to be part of a growing organisation.

    We are looking for a Senior Site Technician to join the team. This is a site based role, UK wide, but you will be required to attend our Stafford office on a Monday & Friday each week.

    What are the main responsibilities of the Site Technician?

    You will assist more senior personnel with tasks as allocated; Prepare and approve RAMS for straightforward site works; Plan site teams and deliver straightforward projects whilst manage on-site teams and ensure quality of delivery at all times.

    You will take responsibility for H&S on site as required and carry out site inspections, site measures, decommissioning and remedial works, etc. as required.

    What does our ideal candidate look like?

    You will be able to evidence the ability to efficiently plan and programme works; along with excellent knowledge of H&S requirements for projects.

    You are confident in communicating accurately and concisely at all levels; but also:-

    • Continues to develop knowledge of the telecommunications industry;
    • Climber, proven track record in working height.

    • Ensure a strong focus on customer satisfaction delivering an efficient, accurate and cost effective solution to our clients;
    • To ensure all company standards relating to Health & Safety, the Environment and Quality are implemented and championed;
