    Internal Sales Manager – Trade Installer Arm
    Are you hungry for success and eager to embark on a thriving career in sales?
    We are seeking a driven and computer-literate individual to fill the role of Internal Sales Manager. This role will be based in our Swindon Showcase site and offers an excellent opportunity for career growth. The position may entail occasional overnight stays and travel as necessary.
    As an Internal Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our customer engagement and quotation process. Collaborate with customers to understand their specific requirements and project details to ensure accurate quotations.
    – Develop a deep understanding of our company's services, pricing, and policies to effectively educate customers and address inquiries.
    – Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, quotations, and interactions in our CRM system.
    – Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
    – Excellent telephone manner is essential
    – Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (training will be provided).
