    Valuations Assistant Manager/Manager, Transaction Services

    6-Month Contract (Inside IR35)

    Fully Remote, but must be based in the UK

    Must have experience working in a Transaction Services Valuations capacity with a consulting firm and ideally be available at short notice.

    Our client, one of the Big 4, is hiring for a multiple-headcount project in their Transaction Services team, specifically looking for experienced Valuations professionals to support Deals across multiple service lines.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Construction and maintenance of valuation models.
    • Design, perform, and interpret advanced financial analysis independently.
    • own initiative and sound judgement to identify key issues and client needs, develop suggested valuation methodologies and approaches, and elevate and consult with other team members as required.
    • prioritize, and review the work of junior colleagues, providing guidance and mentoring.
    • Ensure timely project planning, monitoring, and administration.
    • Maintain day-to-day contact with clients, attending meetings and drafting communications.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Proficiency in various valuation methodologies including audit assists (purchase price allocations), DCF, income, and cost approach.
    • Strong quantitative skills and advanced Excel proficiency.
    • Exceptional attention to detail, delivering high-quality presentations and analysis.
    • Demonstrated initiative, confidence, and influencing skills.
