The service ensures the instilling of independent living skills, positive wellbeing and personal development within ex-offenders, working towards their bettering of life and prevention of repeat offending.
Corporate Assurance Manager will be working full-time hours; 40-hours per week, with flexible days worked between Monday to Friday, home based or based in corporate offices Birmingham or London.
Competitive pay rates; Housing Management Workers are paid £35.Contract length will be 3-6-months long before consideration for extension or permanence.
You will be based across services in Birmingham or London, home based dependent upon applicant.Lead the programme management office to track delivery and impact against the Charity' corporate plan initiatives.
Working closely with the ICT team and key managers across the charity to ensure Nacro's Information Security Management System is implemented effectively.
Act as Lead Officer in the development and management of Nacro's policy framework for all policies across the Charity.To define the policy templates, validate policy content, and work with Internal Audit and responsible managers to validate compliance with each corporate policy.
To support the Head of Performance and Assurance with the development and implementation of the Charity's environmental strategy.Provide line management, support, mentoring and direction to direct reports.
Oversee the efficient and timely response to data subject access request enquiries.
Oversee the efficient and effective management of complaints / complements and to ensure responses are provided within policy timeframes. To oversee the development of the Charity's complaints recording system.
Experience overseeing policy development, design, and management.
Knowledge and experience with data privacy regulations (GDPR, Data Protection Act 2018) and ISO27001
Previous project management experience and expertise
Excellent stakeholder management skills
Experience in roles such as Housing Support Officer's, Tenancy Sustainment Officer's etc, with a proven track record of quality housing management skill.
Housing membership or relevant qualifications, including CIH (Chartered Institution of Housing) or BA in Housing Management.Understanding of relevant legal framework and eviction/notice processes.
