Excellent opportunity for an experienced, qualified candidate to join the team in one of our client's children's residential homes.
The referrals are deemed to be low to medium risk.This is a role thatspecialises in supporting Children and Young People who have suffered early life trauma, neglect, or abuse and may display challenging behaviours.
Our client is an established company that is growing, they offer various children's services such as Family Support, Children's Homes for LD and EBD and Supported Living for Care Leavers.
Their service covers the Midlands and North of England.Competitive pay and sleep-in allowance
~ Enhanced overtime rate of; Access to the employee wellbeing programme
~28 days annual leave entitlement, rising to 33 days with 5 years of service
~ Funded Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare
~ Ensuring shifts are planned with Residential Support Workers
To ensure that all risks are safely managed in line with the company policies and procedures
To review the young people's care plans and other associated documentation
Children's Homes Regulations 2015 (including quality standards)
Must have a full manual driving licence
Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare or equivalent
Be willing to participate in further continuing professional development to support the needs of our young people
To have a clear passion and desire to support children and young people
