Associate Director, Data Science Outsourcing Operations | Permanent | Pharmaceutical Industry | Remote
Proclinical is seeking a dynamic Associate Director Outsourcing Operations - Statistics or Programming position for a remote role anywhere within Europe.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a robust operational model for outsourcing, including partnership frameworks, governance, risk mitigation strategies, and performance metrics.
- Establish strong relationships with internal teams and CRO partners, ensuring effective communication and project coordination.
- Manage budgets and financial aspects of outsourcing operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal SOPs.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Master's preferred) with 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical operations or project management.
- Proven track record in implementing outsourcing models and driving operational excellence.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
