    Description

    Sales Manager - up to £50kThe roleMy client, one of the UK's largest, privately owned timber companies, are a family run business, driven by the desire to always do good.

    They are focused on always providing a number one customer experience, embracing innovation, and doing things in a sustainable way, not just for themselves but also for the communities that they operate in.

    The role is within their Insulation branch of the business, and they are a high functioning, proactive, ambitious and driven Sales Manager with out of office customer visit and external sales experience to assist the company with continued growth, brining on new clients and maintaining current client relationships to a high standard.


    As part of this role, you'll be:
    Meeting agreed budgeted sales targets for the Branch sales development plan.
    Pricing
    • Ensures agreed pricing policy is applied to live enquires where future business can be obtained.
    Sets and review sales development plan to achieve business objectives with Branch Manager.
    Recognise problems/poor sales performance and take steps to address it with Branch Manager.
    Proactively maintain and support designated accounts.
    Organise training for branch staff and review products and suppliers every quarter.
    Skilled at providing pragmatic and commercial advice.
