  • Draft commercial contract matters including using contract-law experience in negotiating, drafting and advising on various types of commercial contracts and the related issues.
  • Ideally, you will be a qualified solicitor working within private practice, in-house, charity, a public authority or an education institution. You will need to demonstrate substantive core experience in commercial contract law-related matters including experience in negotiating, drafting and advising on various types of commercial contracts and the related issues.

  • Excellent knowledge, experience and understanding of developments in relevant legislation, practices and procedures
  • Experience of working and investigating across a range of legal issues, and a range of corporate entities e.g. dealings between business and charitable/not for profit organisations.
  • Experience of managing large and complex matters from commencement through to completion, on time and on budget.
  • Outstanding writing skills, with the ability to write/prepare high quality papers, presentations, reports and briefings to senior audiences.
  • For a full list of essential criteria, please see job description attached.
