    Senior Brand Marketing Manager (AE590998B)
    Are you a fragrance superfan who follows global trends, developments and innovations?
    Do you know the ins and outs of fragrance licensing and its impact on NPD and marketing?

    Join a leading fragrance and beauty distributor and head up NPD and Marketing for their newly acquired, licensed global fragrance brand .

    From experience in a similar role, you understand the challenges and opportunities ahead, and are excited to steer the brand to new success.

    Oversee bottle design and fragrance packaging, collaborating with production and fragrance teams

    – Develop marketing campaign concepts

    – Analyse target consumer base, with input from brand team

    – Define strategy and plans for sales & marketing campaigns

    – This hybrid role is based in the Hertfordshire office 2-3 days each week.

    Regular trips to NYC are an exciting aspect of the role, as you manage development and expansion of this global fragrance brand.
