    • Qualifications

    Previous experience and knowledge:

  • Engineering or STEM education is desirable.
  • Masters in Data Science or Quantitative Finance is a plus.
  • 3-4 years of previous experience in Data Science / Machine Learning.
  • Knowledge of financial markets.
  • Knowledge of optimal market-making frameworks based on stochastic optimization is a plus.
  • Strong Python is a requirement, but experience with Java and KDB+/Q is highly desirable.
  • Algorithmic Trading and Stochastic Calculus knowledge.

    • Languages:

  • A good level of English is required.
  • Spanish is a plus.

    About the role

    Data Scientist to work with the credit trading desk in London developing the market making algorithms for corporate bonds and other data-driven trading analytics and models.

    We are looking for a Data Scientist to join the Advanced Analytics & Algorithmic Trading team. The position is in London, to work with the credit flow trading desk developing the market-making algorithms for corporate bonds. The successful candidate will also help the trading desk implement trading tools based on data, like predictive models, indicators, and relevant metrics.
