- Carrying a caseload appropriate to role in line with banding and professional expertise.
- Interpreting and undertaking advanced clinical reasoning to analyse detailed/complex clinical and non-clinical information provided, making a justifiable assessment, contributing to the diagnosis and prognosis of a patient and to recommend the best course of therapeutic intervention.
- Utilising specific neuro therapeutic skills as required facilitating and optimising the treatment of patients.
- Be accountable for own professional actions guided by registered body and code of professional conduct and other broad policies and guidelines.
- Utilising neuro experience and clinical knowledge to enable effective communication when dealing with complex/difficult patient situations where there may be conflict and a lack of acceptance of a diagnosis, care programme and/or home situation.
- Current relevant professional registration (HCPC Registration)
- Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience
- Enhanced DBS
- Experience of working within the NHS
- Car driver / owner able to travel to other locations within the trust using own vehicle (mileage paid)
