    Description

    GBA Care is a specialist leading care provider and our organisation has developed and grown into one of the most bespoke and unique care providers in its field.

    Our leadership and management provide a dynamic and consistent approach to our delivery of service and offer outstanding rated care packages which are provided on a unique and individual basis.

    3-5 years experience of management and or supervisory roles in either Ofsted or CQC regulated provisions

    • Evidence of managing care teams and young people
    • Initiative, experience in monitoring, recording, and reporting
    • National Minimum Standards Residential Childrens Homes
    • Familiarity with relevant legislation, child development, and recruitment principles
    • Awareness of equal opportunities and children in public care needs
    • Support the wider Senior Management Team and Head Office
    ILM5/NVQ 4 Children and Young People or equivalent (or willing to study)

    • Full UK Driving Licence
    The overall responsibility for care team members, including effective delegation

    • Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team, GBA Care structure, and external agencies
    • Ensure adherence to policies, Children's Legislation, and Regulations
    • Lead timely meetings and reviews for children and care team members
    • Ensure individual care planning requirements are effectively delivered
    • Uphold high standards of care, maintaining the Company's reputation
    • Provide accessible information on support agencies for children's wellbeing
    • Foster an open culture for children to voice concerns
    • Promote diversity awareness and celebrate cultural differences
    • Manage financial, payroll, and staffing administration within deadlines
    • Collaborate with Head Office on employee relations and comply with employment legislation
    • Ensure compliance with safeguarding and child protection regulations
    • Conduct training programs for care team members
    • Supervise and support care team members, promoting professional development
    • Deliver safe, structured, and nurturing environments for children
    • Safeguard and protect the health and wellbeing of children
    • Comply with Health and Safety policies and procedures

    This will present you with a unique opportunity to develop, train and build relationships with Coastal Child and Adult therapeutic Services.


    • Through this partnership you will have reflective practice, unique and bespoke training and be able to develop professional sight of the therapeutic element.
    • All necessary training courses provided at Head Office
    • Company mobile phone or £60 a month phone allowance
