- CAD/Revit Modelling: Utilise CAD and Revit software to produce accurate MEP drawings, including plans, sections, elevations, and details in accordance with project specifications and industry standards.
- Coordination: Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other project stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems within the overall building design.
- Technical Support: Provide technical assistance and support to project teams throughout the design and construction phases, addressing any MEP-related queries or issues as they arise.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular reviews and checks of drawings to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation including schedules, specifications, and as-built drawings to facilitate project management and future maintenance.
- Data Centres: Designing MEP systems for state-of-the-art data centres to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and energy efficiency.
- Commercial Large-Scale: Participating in the design and coordination of MEP services for large-scale commercial projects such as office buildings, retail centres, and mixed-use developments.
- Proficiency in CAD and Revit software, with hands-on experience in MEP design and modelling.
- Strong understanding of building services engineering principles and practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
