    Location:London / Remote 23 days per week in London

    What will you bedoing

    We are looking for ahandson experienced Bid Writer to coordinate activity across ourendtoend bid process for both public and private sector customers.

    • Acting as the main point ofcoordination for all customer bids. Organising internal meetingsunderstanding and communicating the goals deadlines andrequirements for each bid allocating sections to others in thecompany as needed consolidating responses and ensuring the bid issubmitted ahead of the deadline
    • Optimising bidresponse times and building a library of best in class responsescovering Cloudscaler services strengths and differentiators.Producing content for bids statements of work and frameworksubmissions. Refining all content to create a single voice andconsistent tone
    • Implementing a consistentapproach for storing bid information
    • Setting uptools processes and templates to streamline bidmanagement
    • Leading on the implementation andongoing maintenance of common prerequisites e.g. ISO27001certification
    • Ensuring financial and securitybid compliance
    • Building pricing and financialmodels which can be used to track spend during the deliveryphase
    • Coaching bid contributors and keystakeholders on best practice
    • Proactivelyidentifying new bid opportunities and owning the bid pipelineincluding monitoring frameworks invitations to tender managing theassessment process and updating systemsaccordingly
    • Manage and create presentationsused as part of the tenderprocess

    What werelooking for

    We are looking for aresultsdriven Bid Writer with experience in technology consulting(ideally cloud) having submitted successful bids for centralgovernment and private sector FTSE organisations.

    • Demonstrable experience of successfulbid outcomes within the public and privatesector
    • Experience writing bids for a technologyconsultancy ideally offering cloudsolutions
    • Understanding of IT servicessolutions and market trends
    • Knowledgeable aboutpublic sector frameworks and tenderprocesses
