    Description

    As a Barclays Digital Product Owner, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the proposition and end-to-end product lifecycle.

    This role will have a particular focus on digital delivery, and will be data and research driven – ensuring digital products and services can be continuously iterated and refined with a customer-obsession lens.

    It's a great opportunity, as you will own feature development and the digital optimisation roadmap within the Feature Store product portfolio.

    [taking a range of inherent, proposition design factors into account along with the Senior Product Manager
    Ensuring product quality by overseeing the test strategy and completing hands-on testing, if required, to ensure a customer first approach
    Ideating and executing, owning requirements and scope, defining launch parameters, and prioritising digital features and iterations in the roadmap through various channels
    Supporting the development of useful & usable products across the proposition team that provide a great customer experience and open up new revenue streams for the business area
    Ensuring launches of product iterations, campaigns and existing journeys achieve the desired standards and effectively deliver against both our commercial and brand objectives
    Developing relationships with key colleagues and stakeholders across the business, and externally, to ensure development of customer-focused digital products
    Working closely with clients and internal stakeholders to create co-branded campaigns which engage consumers and demonstrate the value of the Connected Platform
    Understanding of customer testing methods – both quantitative and qualitative
    Understanding and experience with digital product delivery cycle (Agile/SDLC)
    Product experience gained in a complex financial services environment
