    This dynamic Fin tech consultancy near Holborn is looking for a Team EA to join their growing team. Supporting the CEO and CFO you will manage a hugely complex calendar and coordinate all their meetings.

    You will also need to be confident using MS Office as you will help prepare PowerPoint presentations for new client pitches as well as taking ownership for organising all the events (internal and external).

    The role will ideally suit someone who is looking to join a really friendly, successful team where there is huge opportunity for you to take ownership of your own role.

    The business is expanding and you are joining at the perfect time to really get involved in their exciting growth plans.

    As Team EA you will need to be highly proactive with bags of initiative and be flexible just seeing what needs to be done.

    It is very much someone with a 'smaller company' mentality and who enjoys getting stuck in, learning and building their skills.

    The CEO and CFO are really collaborative and friendly and you will be a valued addition to the team.

    As the business expands you will also have the chance to grow your role so someone ambitious and looking to add value and become a pivotal member of the team will be a great plus.

    Ideally as Team EA you will have fantastic attention to detail, a great attitude, be a team player and like working in a buzzy office but not one where you will be micro-managed.

    You will also need to have at least two years experience in some kind of Team EA capacity or as a PA/Office Manager.

    Ideally your experience should be in finance or Fin tech or you should at least have an interest in either as a plus.


    Duties :

    • Diary Management, organising meetings and conference calls (multiple timezones)


    • Travel organising

    • UK & Europe
    • Preparing PowerPoint presentations
    • Helping provide research support and other admin support as required
    • Planning events for internal/external teams away days, Christmas parties etc.
    • CRM management for contacts
