    Team Lead (m/w/d) Operativer Einkauf // SCM Inbound Permanent employee,Full-time· München, Deutschlandweit Deine Aufgaben

    Wir sind auf der Suche nach einem Team Lead (m/w/d), der unser Supply Chain Management Inbound-Team unterstützt, unseren operativen Einkauf optimiert und unsere Supply Chain hierdurch aufs nächste Level bringt. Standort dieser Stelle ist entweder unser Headquarter in München oder ein Home-Office innerhalb Deutschlands, wobei eine regelmäßige Anwesenheit im Münchner Office gefordert ist.

    • Als Mitglied unseres Supply Chain Management Teams übernimmst Du die Führung unseres SCM Inbound Teams, welches den operativen Einkauf verantwortet, und die Einhaltung der vorgegebenen KPIs
    • Gemeinsam mit Deinem Team optimierst Du die Lieferkette von unseren Lieferanten zu unseren Lagerstandorten Schkeuditz und Voerde
    • Als Supply Chain Spezialist hast Du unser Bestandsmanagement im Fokus und identifizierst das perfekte Gleichgewicht aus Aufwand und Nutzen
    • Arbeite eng mit unseren Logistikdienstleistern, Speditionen sowie weiteren Teams aus unserem Hause zusammen, um die Supply Chain ganzheitlich zu optimieren
    • Verantworte Projekte zur Optimierung bestehender Prozesse

    Was Du mitbringst

    • Fundierte Führungserfahrung gepaart mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung im operativen Einkauf, idealerweise im Supply Chain Bereich der Lebensmittel- oder Heimtierfutterbranche
    • Analytische Herangehensweise gepaart mit einem ausgeprägten technischen Verständnis, welches Dir dabei hilft auch komplexe Probleme zu lösen
    • Drive, Deine bisherige Erfahrung im Bereich Supply Chain gewinnbringend bei AlphaPet einzubringen und unseren operativen Einkauf hierdurch auf das nächste Level zu heben
    • Motivation, Ehrgeiz und Teamgeist gepaart mit einer Hands-on Mentalität bei der Einführung von neuen Prozessen
    • Struktur und Kommunikationsstärke sind für Dich selbstverständlich, um den Fokus auf die wichtigen Themen setzen zu können
    • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind Pflicht, weitere Sprachen sind ein Plus
