    Reporting to the Senior Credit Strategy Lead, we are looking for a Lead Credit Strategy Analyst to play a pivotal role in the development and maintenance of Starling's credit strategies across unsecured and secured retail and SME lending products.

    Developing credit decisioning lending strategies for both retail and SME secured and unsecured products
    Developing capability and processes to meet new and existing regulatory requirements
    Driving insight to ensure portfolio credit risks are clearly understood and managed appropriately, maintaining a detailed understanding of portfolio performance
    Providing regular updates on portfolio performance at our monthly Credit Risk Committee
    Support maintaining proactive portfolio compliance with the UK regulatory regime
    Relevant experience in a risk or credit function within an FCA regulated company, ideally covered both secured and unsecured products
    Proven track record in the design, creation, implementation and enhancement of credit strategy across the lifecycle
    Experience working alongside or within data functions
    Stage minute video call with our Talent Acquisition team.
