    We are excited to present you with an exceptional opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Property Manager. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Leeds City Centre. You'll have a standard workweek of 38.5 hours, with working hours from Monday to Friday and occasional Saturdays. The salary ranges up to £24,000 - £27,000 based on your experience.

    Let's dive into the key responsibilities:
    • Interacting with tenants, landlords, and contractors to maintain properties.
    • Engaging in various tasks including property visits, inspections, inventories, and check-outs.
    • Conducting regular inspections, collaborating with stakeholders, and fostering positive customer relationships.

    We are seeking individuals who possess the following qualities:
    • Proficiency in carrying out inventories, check-outs, and deposit returns.
    • Self-motivation, strong organization skills, and a good grasp of lettings regulations.
    • Sound knowledge of fair wear and tear, successful handling of tenant disputes, and deposit refunds.
    • Exceptional customer care abilities.
