- Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Monitoring progress on-site, identifying and addressing any issues or challenges that may arise.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Assisting in the management of project budgets and timelines to ensure projects are completed within scope and on schedule.
- Supporting the site manager in maintaining positive relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders.
- A commitment to upholding high standards of quality, safety, and professionalism in all aspects of work.
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in construction management or a related field are desirable but not essential.
