- Develop solutions through customising and configuring the Worksmart product set
- Responsible for assisting with the technical delivery of key components that form part of larger client solutions.
- Autonomously responsible for the technical delivery of small end-to-end client solutions
- Work with the wider team to provide timely support and assistance to existing clients utilising Worksmart solutions.
- Provide technical assistance to the Worksmart Customer Support team.
- Support the team in the overall delivery of high-quality client solutions.
- Assess and escalate possible project risks and issues early in the project life-cycle
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of a positive team work culture
- Undertake administrative tasks as required as part of your day to day activities
- Experience of SQL including SSRS Reporting.
- Some knowledge and/or use of web development skills including HTML, CSS, and Java Script
- Demonstrable programming language skills such as Pascal, VBA, Java, ASP, C#
- Can take initiative, and is able to work with minimal guidance
- A high level of professionalism and communication skills.
- Customer-centric, driven to maintain successful and productive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Ability and a willingness for occasional travel to client sites as required

The role
Worksmart is the leading provider of compliance software to the UK Financial Services sector. Our product set includes Training and Competency, Quality Assurance and Complaints & Customer Feedback Management.
As a Junior Implementation Consultant at WorkSmart, a Davies Company, you will play a crucial role in the technical delivery of client solutions. You will support the customisation and configuration of solutions, author technical documentation, and provide support to clients, ensuring high-quality implementation and client satisfaction.
Please note this role requires minimum 1 days/week in our Milton Keynes office (we're close to the station)
