- Prepare comprehensive Bills of Materials (BOM) for pricing, programming, and design deliverables.
- Facilitate the approval process with relevant stakeholders, ensuring alignment with scope documents and adherence to regulatory standards.
- Incorporate client procedure documents into all designs, maintaining compliance throughout the process.
- Manage contract administration procedures, overseeing Technical Queries (TQ) and Request for Information (RFI) processes effectively.
- Background in the Fire and Security Industry with proficiency in Adobe Pro/Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office Suite, Navis Works - Revit.
- Demonstrated design experience and technical understanding of fire and security systems.
- Ability to articulate detailed fire and security system design specifications, in accordance with relevant standards such as BS5839, BS6266, BS7671, and BS7273.
- Completion of FIA Design Courses or equivalent.
