- Develop and maintain strong, trusting relationships with key clients
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts and address their needs effectively
- Understand clients' business objectives and align company solutions to meet their goals
- Develop comprehensive account plans that outline strategies for account growth and expansion
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of company resources with client needs
- Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities within key accounts
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure expectations are met and exceeded
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product Development teams to align strategies and offerings with client requirements
- Provide regular updates and reports to internal stakeholders on the status of key accounts
- Proactively identify and address any issues or challenges faced by key accounts
- Collaborate internally to resolve client concerns and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
- Utilise market insights to identify new opportunities and potential risks within key accounts
- Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for key accounts
- Monitor and report on the achievement of sales targets, customer satisfaction, and other relevant metrics
- Previous experience working in either the Video Games, Licensing or Toy industries in Account Management or similar role
- Experienced in developing strategies for account growth and maximisation
- Demonstrable experience of growing accounts
- Excellent communication skills
- Adept at building relationships
- Knowledge of the Yu-Gi-Oh trading card games would be a big plus
