    Description


    Asset Management & Investment Funds LawyerDo you thrive in a fast-paced environment advising on complex financial transactions? Are you an expert in asset management and investment funds with a passion for the London market?Prestigious US Law Firm Seeks Top TalentRenowned US law firm, with a leading global Investment Management practice, is seeking a talented lawyer to join our dynamic London office.

    In this exciting role, you will play a key role in advising a diverse range of clients on the formation, structuring, and regulation of investment funds across various asset classes.


    What You'll Do:
    Structure and establish private funds (hedge, debt, real estate, private equity, and fund-of-funds) domiciled in the UK and internationally.
    Advise investment funds and their managers on general corporate, regulatory, and compliance matters.
    Conduct due diligence on potential investments and transactions.
    Draft and negotiate complex legal documentation.
    Partner with senior lawyers to deliver exceptional client service.


    Who You Are:


    Qualified solicitor in England & Wales or Scotland with a minimum of 3-5 years of PQE in a recognized Funds practice.

    Proven track record of experience in fund formation and related transactions.
    In-depth knowledge of UK and international investment fund regulations (AIFMD, UCITS, etc.).Excellent academic credentials and a strong commercial awareness.
    Superior drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
    Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple deadlines.
    Fluent in English, with additional languages a plus.
