Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our client's brand new Build to Rent scheme in Edinburgh. As the General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our client's newest development, ensuring its operational excellence, resident satisfaction, and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the Build to Rent scheme, including leasing, resident services, maintenance, and financial management.
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve occupancy goals, enhance resident experience, and maximise revenue.
Lead and inspire a diverse team of leasing consultants, property managers, maintenance technicians, and support staff to deliver exceptional service.
Foster a vibrant community atmosphere through resident engagement activities, events, and amenities.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with residents, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.

Qualifications:

Scottish Credit and Qualifications Framework (SCQF) Level 6 or equivalent
Experience in property management, preferably in the Build to Rent or PBSA sectors
Proven track record of leadership and team management in a fast-paced environment.
