THE TASKS:

You will establish relationships with internal and external stakeholders, as well as seeking communication with residents.
You will ensure that project deadlines, costs and quality specifications are met and provide supportive and inspiring leadership to the team.
You will manage the financial performance, attending regular P&L reviews with stakeholders.
You will oversee the tenancy management process.
You will develop capability of team members to meet key performance goals.

YOUR REQUIREMENTS:

You're probably wondering what the catch is. Well, you need to be a strong relationship builder with excellent communications and organisation skills.
Successful experience in managing operations within the property sector.
Experienced with H&S regulations as well as maintenance repairs.
